If your claim involves auto glass only, you have the option of contacting our glass service at 1-888-488-3223 or use our convenient on-line Ohio Mutual Glass Claim Service, both of which are administered by Guardian Auto Glass and offer policyholders several convenient ways to submit auto glass claims. Policyholders may always use the glass repair shop of their choice.

To report a claim 24 hours a day, please call 1-888-895-7725. You may also contact your local Ohio Mutual agent during business hours.
