Ohio Mutual Insurance Group Expands its Board of Directors

BUCYRUS, OH    Ohio Mutual Insurance Group (OMIG) has added an eighth member to its board of directors, naming David A. Siebenburgen as a member of the board that oversees the operations of the Bucyrus-based property and casualty insurer.

Siebenburgen was Chairman of Delta AirElite Business Jets from 2001 to 2009, and is now an independent consultant and advisor for a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.  He previously held the positions of President and CEO of Delta Connection, Inc. and Comair, Inc.

A United States Army veteran, Siebenburgen has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Xavier University and worked for Arthur Anderson LLP prior to joining Comair in 1984.  He currently serves as a member of the board of trustees for Cincinnati Works, and previously served as a board member of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority.  Other community activities include service with the Cincinnati Business Committee, Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, and Leadership Cincinnati.

Siebenburgen was formally named to the Ohio Mutual Board of Directors during the board’s March meeting.

Siebenburgen is a native of Cincinnati, where he resides with his wife, Marcia.
