BUCYRUS, OH – Dave Grove, former Assistant Vice President of Statistical Reporting for Ohio Mutual, has been promoted to Vice President of Product Management, it was announced today by Ohio Mutual President and CEO Jim Kennedy.
Grove will fill the position most recently held by Tom Holtshouse, who retired at the end of May after more than four decades of service to Ohio Mutual.
“Dave has demonstrated a strong capacity for leadership and insight into product development,” said Ohio Mutual President and CEO Jim Kennedy, “and he will bring new strengths and perspective to the position. As Vice President of Product Management, Grove will lead the team of associates responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining the company’s portfolio of insurance products, and will serve as a member of the company’s Strategy Team.
Grove began his career with Ohio Mutual in 1997 as an applications programmer. He has also served as a programmer analyst and manager of statistical reporting before his 2006 promotion to AVP Statistical Reporting. He previously earned a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Findlay and an MBA from Tiffin University, and currently resides in Bucyrus with his family.
