Chad Combs Joins Ohio Mutual as Personal Lines Underwriting AVP

BUCYRUS, OH – Ohio Mutual Insurance Group has named Chad Combs to the position of Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines Underwriting.

In his role as Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines Underwriting, Combs will lead the company’s personal lines underwriting efforts, managing the underwriting team, and reporting to Executive Vice President Randy O’Conner. Personal lines products generate the largest share of the company’s business volume and include automobile, homeowners, and umbrella products.
 
Most recently, Combs was employed as Director of Standard Auto Underwriting for Nationwide Insurance, where he served in a number of leadership positions for nearly a decade. Combs earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from The Ohio State University. He is also a member of the Alumni Board for the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State. 
 
Combs resides in Dublin with his wife Holly and daughter Gracie. Together, they enjoy traveling and doing mission work with their church.
