Before making a payment
If you have questions about your insurance bill, your best resource for a timely, personalized response is from your independent insurance agent, whose contact information appears on your insurance bill. You may also locate your agent’s contact information by using our Agent Search function.
If you cannot reach your independent agent, or after speaking to them you still would like additional information, contact Ohio Mutual and we will do our best to answer your question or resolve your concern.
Before making a payment, please have the following information ready:
- Ohio Mutual Account Number (located on your current billing statement)*
- Credit or debit card number and expiration date (mm/yyyy)
- ZIP code where the card statement is mailed
- Routing and account numbers (if paying electronically)
- Amount you wish to pay
Ways to make a Payment
Pay online
As an Ohio Mutual policyholder, you can conveniently pay your bill online — with no additional fees — using our convenient customer portal or mobile app.
Pay by phone
Call our automated payment service or our Billing Service Center and use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ATM card, credit card or checking or savings account. There is no fee for using this service.
Pay by mail
Send check or money order with the bottom portion of your current billing statement. Mail payments to our mailing address.
AutoPay
Set up automatic payments using your credit card, checking or savings account, and have the peace of mind knowing that your insurance payments are on-time, every time! This is another value-added service made possible through our self-service customer portal. Sign up today!
