Being an Ohio Mutual intern means more than getting involved in the day-to-day work of the company.  As an intern, you'll get exposure to real projects and challenges in a relationship-oriented environment, and gain real world experience.  Our Internship Program is designed to provide current college students with an array of experiences, including individual and impactful group projects, networking opportunities with leadership in the organization, volunteer hours in the community, and educational opportunities to learn the foundations of insurance.

Trainee Program

Our Trainee Program is uniquely developed to engage recent college graduates in meaningful full-time work at our organization.  This is an intensive 12-week program that develops the skills necessary for a successful insurance career now and into the future.  Trainees learn about each department of the organization, attend leadership and insurance training, network with key middle-management and senior leaders, and develop technical skills within their functional work units.
