BUCYRUS, OH – Ohio Mutual Insurance Group has once again been recognized by Avatar HR Solutions, a national human resources research firm, as a “Best in Class” employer for Overall Job Satisfaction and for Employee Engagement, based on results of a recent study.
These awards are given to organizations whose scores are in the top 10 percent of all Avatar HR Solutions customers, based on anonymous surveys of client associates conducted by the company.
