Who do I contact with billing questions?
The Ohio Mutual Billing Service Center is available Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern) by dialing 877-245-2960.
What payment types are accepted?
You can make payments with a debit/credit card (now including American Express!), or a checking or savings account. You can also mail a check with the stub from your billing statement.
How do I set up automatic payments?
AutoPay is our preferred method of payment for automatic withdrawals. You can set up and manage AutoPay within your Member Access customer portal. If you need assistance, contact your agent or the Ohio Mutual Billing Service Center. An email address is required to set up AutoPay.
Can I pay my bill in person?
You can pay your bill in person with your agent if they accept payments at their local office.
